Now you can write a review about your experience at ForkJewelry.com. The "Write A Review" link can be found on the Order History page in the My Account section.

Simply click on the "Write A Review" link and you will be taken to the review page. The "Write A Review" feature is only available for completed orders. For each review written you will receive a $2 Gift Certificate. Gift Certificates can be redeemed in the checkout section. Multiple certificates can be used with one order. Your gift certificate will be emailed to you after your review has been completed. You may access your gift certificates through:

My Account >> Gift Certificates.
