Shipping

All orders have a processing time of two business days (except Express orders). Orders are shipped according to the shipping method selected during checkout. International orders usually take 7 -14 days once they have been shipped.

International Customers. PLEASE READ. If you are receiving a package from Forkjewelry.com and you are not in the United States, there may be extra charges required by your customs agency. You, the receiver, are responsible for any custom fees and/or taxes that may be charged by your country. Please check with your postal service for further information.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund the amount of your purchase less the shipping fee. A refund will be issued after the merchandise has been returned. Returns, exchanges, and re-sizes will be accepted up to 21 days after the date of purchase.

** Please use the Return Form when sending jewelry back for return, exchange or resize. Additional copies of the Return Form can be found Here. Failure to include this form will result in a delay in the processing of your return.

When returning merchandise please use proof of delivery (delivery confirmation or package tracking). We will not be responsible for packages lost while being returned. If you are sending an exchange or a re-size please include $4.95 return shipping and handling.
